Rhea A. Henderson, a deeply committed and highly driven individual, is a natural-born leader with over 30 years of professional experience in dance, modeling, and choreography. She served as the Executive Director of the RH School of Performing Arts (RHSPA) for a decade and is currently the Executive Director of the non-profit organization RHDREAMS, known for its flagship event, the Prom Fantasy Experience. Under Rhea’s leadership, RHDREAMS has awarded over $100,000 in academic scholarships to students across the Chicagoland area. The RHSPA brand has produced more than 20 large-scale productions, offered dance and modeling classes to over 1,000 students, and sponsored numerous community outreach events and self-improvement workshops for teens.

Rhea is also the founding Vice-President of the Lake Shore Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. She is a member of New Life Covenant Church Southeast, The United Dance Merchants of America, and the Chicago Women’s Entrepreneur Network. With 35 years of active membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., Rhea has served as President of the Phi Kappa Omega Chapter and as a member of the regional leadership team. She is a dedicated wife and mother who firmly believes in faith over fear. For Rhea, God and family are everything, and she acknowledges that she would be nothing without them.
